Results You Can Expect

More Honesty, Less Shame

Too many guys have feelings of shame around their masculinity. We associate masculinity with something bad, like being a bully or perpetuating the patriarchy. Either that, or we think that masculinity is some set of unspoken rules we’re judged by, even when it’s totally artificial to try to live by them. In the Fit Philosopher Men’s Group Coaching Program, you can expect to embark on a journey to get in touch with your strengths, talk about your weaknesses, and pursue a more natural and harmonious way to be a man.

Through weekly self-review journaling and empathetic group sharing, you’ll experience a profound shift towards shared humanity and self-compassion. Instead of carrying the weight of shame and self-criticism, you’ll find a safe space where you can be yourself, develop integrity with your values, and ultimately cultivate a healthier, kinder relationship with yourself and other like-minded men.

Deeper Connection with Your Core Values

You will reflect each week on your actions, celebrating for your wins and being grateful for them, as well as acknowledging your mistakes and encouraging yourself like a caring friend would. As you go through this process, and get to hear other men do the same, you will develop a heart-level awareness of what really matters to you, enabling you to make better choices that align with your authentic self.

Practical Tools for Better Living

Feeling like part of a team of guys who care about their own integrity and each other will make a big difference for you. You will gain empowering perspectives, spiritual knowledge, and experiences that build your confidence. You will start to see things differently, set and keep your own standards, and push past your limits to discover new possibilities. With each day, as you make more choices that resonate with your true self, it will foster a greater sense of fulfillment and purpose.

The Heart of Fit Philosopher

Our program is designed to inspire and support you as you work towards becoming the best version of yourself. Here’s how we do it:

  • Meetings will begin with short talks that will be tailored to the unique challenges of you and your team, that came up during previous sharing sessions. Major themes include:

    • Developing a healthy sense of self

    • Relationships based on the belief that, “You matter and I matter.”

    • Habits that affirm your self-worth and life purposes

  • Each week, you will take some time to weigh your actions against your own values, answering the following 4 questions:

    1. When were some moments this week where I put a sincere effort into showing up for the things I should really care about, especially moments when it was hard?

    2. To whom or what am I grateful, as they have supported or challenged me on my journey towards greater integrity?

    3. What did I do, or neglect to do this week, that left me less connected with the things I should really care about, especially when it was avoidable?

    4. If I had a friend in my position — someone I love and have responsibility for — how would I help and encourage them?

  • After journaling, there will be time for each participant to share their Celebrations and Regrets. Opening up, and hearing others open up, will create an uplifting experience that leaves you feeling connected and inspired.
