Session 2: Personalized Plan
After reflecting on everything you’ve shared, I’ll create a personalized plan tailored to your needs. It will draw from time-tested therapeutic approaches—both ancient and modern—to support meaningful, lasting change in your life. This includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Stoicism, Self-Compassion as conceived by Neff and Germer PhD, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Vedic psychology.
